       Hainan Rubber has long been committed to scientific and technological innovation in its whole natural rubber industry chain. Its plantation division, for example, has continuously advanced the research and production of smart rubber tapping devices, completing the development of the tapping machine version 4.0. In the links of “managing, nurturing, tapping and harvesting” for natural rubber, the division has fully initiated digitalization and informatization, developing an intelligent rubber acquisition platform to achieve digital management of rubber farmers’ information. In response to the call for “dual carbon” (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality), the processing division is leading technological innovation in environmentally friendly natural rubber processing techniques and promoting upgrades in processing automation and green technology. Likewise, the sales and trade division aims to comprehensively advance the construction of information platforms, including natural rubber futures and spot systems as well as financial sharing systems, to enhance operational control efficiency. In terms of material innovation, Hainan Rubber has self-developed special performance products such as nano-clay rubber, high-elastic shock-absorbing rubber, and ammonia-free latex.
